1. Send plans + scope
Site plan/survey + proposed works (we can start with photos if needed). Arborist reports commonly reference the plans/docs reviewed.

2. Site inspection + tree assessment
We inspect trees, confirm details, and assess suitability for retention.

3. Impact assessment to AS 4970
We calculate TPZ/SRZ and assess encroachments/impacts from excavation/structures, aligned with AS 4970 requirements.

4. Tree protection plan (site-ready controls)
Clear protection measures: fencing, signage, mulch/ground protection, storage/exclusion areas, and rules for working near trees.

5. Support through approval + construction
We answer council/RFI follow-ups and specify when arborist supervision is required for works near TPZs.
